
Lane Gordon is Co-Founder and Managing Director at Preston Todd Advisors. Mr. Gordon has spent the last 10 years specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He was co-founder and president of Merchant Portfolios where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions in the payments and technology industries. Prior to that Mr. Gordon served in various executive capacities including CEO of GRASP Information Services, a market research firm which he founded and which was acquired by the A.C. Nielsen Co.
Gordon holds a Masters Degree (M.S.) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University. He is fluent in French, Spanish and Portuguese.
Adam Hark is Co-Founder and Managing Director at Preston Todd Advisors. Subsequent to his graduation from the University of Vermont in 1993, Mr. Hark achieved success in residential and commercial real estate investment as well as turning around distressed properties in the service and hospitality industry in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Hark heads up client development, research, and strategic planning. He specializes in consulting and advisory services in the electronic payments sector, as well as valuations for payments processing portfolios. Mr. Hark’s valuation work has been used by clients for everything ranging from tax assessment and probate issues to acquisition and/or liquidation needs, and he is often retained by investment banks and other institutional investors to assist them in portfolio valuation prior to placing funds.

Rhonda Boulé is general counsel at Preston Todd Advisors. Ms. Boulé has been in private practice since 1993, and has been a partner at Ferraro & Boulé in Newton, Massachusetts, since 2006. She received her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and law degree from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Boulé is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Ms. Boulé is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
